Refund Policy
Maid in Chesapeake provides a satisfaction guarantee for all cleans. Please notify me within 24 hours of your cleaning of any problems, and I will make my best effort to return within 72 hours, as my schedule allows, to re-clean with no extra charge. If my return is not possible within the 72 hours, your next cleaning will be discounted proportional to the problem.
Insurance
I take my utmost care with your home, but I do have cleaner's insurance if any damages do occur. Please contact me as soon as possible, and I will give you my insurance policy information. They will need photos and descriptions of damages.
